Parent Facility: Columbia VAMC (Wm Jennings Bryan Dorn) Phone: (803) 776-4000 or (800) 293-8262 The Greenville Outpatient Clinic was established and opened in the summer of 1985 as a satellite to the Dorn VA Medical Center. The Clinic moved into the space it now occupies in September 1992. This Clinic was established to provide primary-care, dental and pharmaceutical services to veterans in the upstate area of South Carolina. At the time it initially opened, the Clinic was expected to see in the neighborhood of 20,000 veterans. Over the years, this number has increased and the Clinic presently has approximately 45,000 to 50,000 patient visits annually. In addition to the core services, some specialty clinics, such as Rehabilitation and/or Prosthetic Clinics, Pain Clinics, etc. are held at the Clinic on a monthly basis.
